The majority of our employees come on as Line Service Technicians or Flight Instructors.
Line Service Technicians get to be on the front-line of the aviation industry, fueling aircraft, leading ground support activities, and interacting with customers.
Flight Instructors work within our flight department in various capacities.

Northgate Aviation has a long-running history of employing Butte College and CSU Chico Students. Given we are open 7 days a week, we have flexible part time and full time (as well as on-call call-out) scheduling to help you make the most of your time.
